As the summer temperatures rise, we want to gently remind everyone to take extra care of your body, both on and off the mat.
š§ Hydration is Key
Staying hydrated beforeĀ you arrive at the studio is just as important as sipping water during and after class. In hot weather, your body needs a head startāso drink plenty of water throughout the day!
š§āāļø Mindful Movement
Listen to your body. Summer heat can amplify intensity, so consider a less vigorous practice when needed. Modifications like avoiding deep standing forward folds, taking more restorative postures, or skipping some movement altogether are perfectly welcome. Move with awareness, rest when you need to, and honor where you're atāyour practice is yourĀ space.
