Prasada Yoga Studio is offering a 4-week Beginner Basics Yoga Series! These sessions will focus on alignment, safety, foundational postures, and modifications to help make the practice accessible and supportive for every body.
Space is limited to allow for individual attention and guidance. Advance registration is required, and payment is requested to reserve your space. Due to the limited enrollment for this series, registration is non-refundable. Dates, times and cost are listed below.
